WTF is ‘Juno’?
Well, for starters, it’s not a ‘thing’: it’s a living, breathing idea. It’s the bravery to take a leap into the unknown and start a business. It’s the courage to stick your neck out and live life your way. It’s the conviction to cut the BS and be yourself, no matter what.
Juno Advisory came out of a frustration with the industry:
Too many consultants, not enough doers.
Too many plans, not enough action.
Too much jargon, not enough real talk.
So we put our money where our mouth is and built the kind of business we wished existed – one that’s flexible, scalable and profitable on our own terms.
From being able to work from home with a kid bouncing on one knee, to feeling genuinely supported by our team, Juno is living proof that business can be fun, impactful and different.

Adam Diamond

Fired up by his background in Human Resources and Business Growth/Management, Adam established Juno Advisory in 2021.
He spotted a huge gap in the market: no one was helping SME business owners to get to a point where they could choose to work, or not. It takes a LOT of work to get to that point, but Adam knew he could make a difference.
His 15+ years working in the SME space, combined with an innate ability to bring a business’ potential into reality, makes Adam a fierce leader. He asks the right questions, builds strong relationships and rolls up his sleeves to truly change the dial for his clients. But he realised he couldn’t do it alone.

Adam met Sharron in a previous worklife but secretly knew she was the one to chase when he started to build the Juno team.
Sharron played hard to get for almost a year, but it became clear that it was a match made in heaven due to their complementary skills and aligned values.
Now with a small but mighty team, Adam is ready to take Juno into the stratosphere and beyond.

Sharron joined Juno in 2022, bringing with her 25+ years of People, Finance & Systems experience guiding SME businesses to achieve their full potential.
Like Adam, Sharron has her own rare ability: to apply both logic and creativity to any challenge, which is invaluable when she works through business implementation initiatives with Juno clients.
Sharron is the go-to source for insights and value for most challenges, whether that be about people, systems, structure, processes, reporting and numbers (the list goes on)!
As our resident force of positive energy, Sharron’s inquisitive mind and genuine desire to see businesses succeed is infectious.
Sharron and Adam share the same ultimate goal: getting business owners to the point where they can choose to work.

Ben’s impressive 25+ year career is rich with business experience, including stints at Coca Cola Amatil, Target Australia, and more recently in General Management roles in the SME space. He’s seen the best of both worlds navigating retail and FMCG giants, as well as small startup ventures.
He’s a wizard at Strategy, Planning, Operations and Sales, and our resident master of the art of problem solving.
Ben’s cool as a cucumber and his wealth of experience has his clients doubling down – because one session a week just doesn’t cut it!
Bryon Fairman

After 15+ years leading manufacturing, engineering, and professional services businesses, Byron is an expert in busting business challenges and scoring big opportunities.
When it comes to rapid growth, organisational redesign and structuring, and the end-to-end sale and acquisition of SMEs, Bryon is your man!
Juno clients benefit from his General Management, Director, and Board role experience, most recently in low-voltage switchgear manufacturing and recruitment businesses.
